About us
A family plumbing business.
Enviro Plumbing is a father and son business. My father is a licensed master plumber, and I handle backflow testing and repairs. When a device fails, you are dealing with people who can fix it, not just write it up.
We keep our pricing posted because you should know the cost before you call.
Questions
Common questions
Why do I need a backflow test?
A backflow preventer keeps irrigation water, chemicals and other contaminants from flowing back into the public water supply. Georgia water systems require testable devices to be tested every year, and after any install or repair.
What happens if I skip it?
Your water department can send reminder notices and, if the test is still not filed, may suspend water service until it is.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not, as long as we can reach the device and the shutoff. We let you know when we are on the way and when the report is filed.
What if my device fails?
We explain what failed and quote the repair before doing any work. Once we repair it, the re-test is free.
What does the processing fee cover?
Some water departments charge a fee for each test report filed. When yours does, it is added to your invoice at cost.
